QUALIFICATION: Account holders must normally be involved in an appropriate retail resale business to buy at full wholesale rates from Wiseco, Inc. If you wish to buy in quantity for business promotions, schools, churches, etc. you may use the standard discount rate and standard code.
MINIMUM ORDER: There is no minimum order for qualified retailers.
PAYMENT: Orders may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. (Note: Your credit card billing will be under the name "Wiseco, Inc.".) Faxed or mailed-in orders may be paid at time of order by check, money order, or credit card. Check-paid orders will be held for shipping while the check clears. Terms are net 30 for preapproved accounts only.
BACKORDERS: Orders are inventory-controlled, which does not allow ordering of out-of-stock items. If your item is out of stock you will receive a message from us. For inquiries about out-of-stock or low stock items, please contact info@wiseco.com.
SHIPPING: Standard shipping is by our choice of ground freight provider, unless arranged otherwise. Our ordering system provides an estimate of the shipping cost based on the weights of the individual items. Certain combinations of products will force larger packaging, and thus higher shipping costs. Large quantities of single items should result in a lower than estimated shipping cost. Orders over $100 may have insurance fees added. If the carrier quoted shipping cost is within $1.00 of the estimated cost, we will use the estimated cost. If the shipping cost is $10.00 or more over the estimated cost, we will contact you for approval prior to shipment.
Shipping fees for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and to PO Boxes will generally be higher than other destinations. We normally do not ship to PO boxes for businesses with 'physical' addresses (a 'walk-in store').
Orders normally ship within 5 business days, but most often within 2 business days, via DHL Ground, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground or through the post office.
We generally ship to US destinations. Shipments outside of the USA are done only through special arrangement. Contact us to inquire.
We are not liable for the refund of shipping fees when delivery is in error or is late for reasons beyond our control.
RETURNS: Wiseco, Inc. must be notified within 10 days of delivery if an order has errors or damage. Please contact us for a return authorization. Returns will not be accepted on shopworn merchandise.
